Hariom Helps Foundation is seeded by book royalties from its founder, Sankha Nagchoudhury. Every book you buy helps fund another student's tuition.
Which inbox should I write to?
Every address below is read by our small team, and all mail is answered from hello@hariomhelps.com. Writing to the right inbox simply helps us route your note faster. If you are unsure, hello@hariomhelps.com is always a safe choice.
Donations and receipts
For questions about a gift, a missing 501(c)(3) tax receipt, employer matching, monthly giving, or refunds, write to donate@hariomhelps.com. Include the email you gave with and the approximate date so we can find your record quickly.
Students, parents, and schools
Applying for help, uploading documents, or checking on a verification? Write to support@hariomhelps.com. Teachers nominating a student and school counselors verifying enrollment can use the same address.
Partnerships, press, and sponsors
For corporate sponsorship of the Hariom Impact Scholarship Challenge, media requests about our Best of Best Review 2026 award, or collaboration ideas, write to info@hariomhelps.com and we will connect you with the right person.
Privacy and data requests
To request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or report a concern about a minor's information, email hello@hariomhelps.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. Identity documents are deleted after verification, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What to include so we can help faster
A few details up front save a round trip. If your note is about a donation, tell us the amount and date. If it is about an application, include the student's first name and the school. If you are reporting a technical problem, mention the page you were on and what you expected to happen. Screenshots are welcome.
Hariom Helps Foundation is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 39-3478903). We reply within two business days, usually sooner. Many common questions — how gifts are allocated, how verification works, how minors are protected — are answered on our FAQ page and in our Privacy Policy, so those are worth a look while you wait.
