Founded after a near-death experience, built on the belief that education should never be out of reach.
Hariom Helps Foundation is a US-registered 501(c)(3) public charity founded by Sankha Nagchoudhury, an IT executive who rebuilt his world — and his purpose — after a life-threatening medical diagnosis.
Today, the foundation works with verified students whose schools and colleges have tuition outstanding, paying those invoices directly so the student can stay enrolled and keep dreaming.

Sankha Nagchoudhury
Sankha is a successful technology executive whose career spans decades of building systems, teams, and businesses. But it was a near-death health crisis that fundamentally shifted his focus from accumulation to impact.
That experience led him to master tax-efficient wealth building, asset protection, and legacy design — not for himself, but as tools to help others who have suffered similar trauma. He distilled those lessons into his book, A Novice's Guide to Wealth: Design Your Financial Life with Tax Clarity, Asset Protection, and Purpose.
Beyond finance, Sankha is a passionate philanthropist and advocate for financial literacy. He supports initiatives focused on cardiovascular health research and empowering entrepreneurs — and through Hariom Helps Foundation, he channels that same energy into keeping students in school.

Hariom Helps Foundation is part of a broader mission. Our sister initiative, FundMyDreams Foundation, connects students with the specific educational items they need — textbooks, laptops, calculators, software — purchasing and shipping them directly to verified students.
While FundMyDreams focuses on educational tools and supplies, Hariom Helps focuses on tuition and registration fees. Together, they cover both the materials and the access that students need to succeed.

Our scope
We focus exclusively on tuition and registration fees for K-12 schools and accredited colleges. We do not fund living costs, electronics, or unrelated expenses. This focus is intentional — it lets us verify quickly, disburse responsibly, and keep our impact unambiguous.
For students needing educational items like textbooks, laptops, or calculators, we refer them to our sister initiative at FundMyDreams.org, which handles direct procurement and shipping.
Donations are accepted as one-time gifts. Funds are pooled, then released to schools on behalf of specific verified students, in the order their applications were approved.
