100% of the author's proceeds are donated to Hariom Helps Foundation, a US 501(c)(3) public charity. Those funds are paid directly to schools and colleges on behalf of verified students — never as cash to an individual. Book purchases are not tax-deductible; if you'd like a 501(c)(3) receipt, make a donation instead.

Shipping, refunds and replacements
Shipping
The fastest option is the author's bookstore at books.by/sankha-nagchoudhury, where both books ship free. Books ordered here are printed on demand by Lulu after you order: printing typically takes 3-5 business days, then shipping time depends on the method you choose at checkout (usually 5-10 business days in the US, longer internationally). Shipping cost and tax are calculated at checkout. Bundles ship together in one parcel to keep shipping affordable. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Refunds
Because every book is printed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or never arrives, email hello@hariomhelps.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll issue a full refund or a replacement — your choice.
Replacements
Damaged or defective copies are replaced at no cost to you, and you don't need to ship the original back. Lost parcels are reprinted and reshipped once the carrier confirms the loss. Wrong address? Contact us before the order ships and we'll correct it.
