How your donation actually reaches a school

Every gift made on hariomhelps.com follows the same path, whether it is $25 a month or a full annual sponsorship. We publish that path because trust is the only currency a small foundation really has.
1. Your gift is received and receipted
Payments are processed by our payment provider and land in the foundation's nonprofit account. A sequential 501(c)(3) receipt is generated immediately and emailed to you, and it stays available in your donor dashboard for tax season.
2. Funds are allocated
One-time gifts can be directed to a specific verified student. Monthly gifts flow into the general fund so we can cover urgent fees as they arise and top up students who are close to their goal.
3. We pay the school, never the student
When a student's goal is met, our admin team pays the bursar or fee office of the verified school directly. Cash never passes through a student's hands, which protects both the student and the donor.
4. Proof is published
A payout record is attached to the student's profile so donors can see exactly where the money went and when it cleared.
Fund a student's tuition
Every dollar is paid directly to a verified school on behalf of a verified student.
